Dr. Michelle Keaney, DMD

Dr. Keaney is an experienced, caring general dentist dedicated to providing gentle and effective care to children and adolescents in her Arlington office. Dr. Keaney earned her dental degree from Temple University School of Dentistry in Philadelphia, PA in 2001. She then spent over a decade focusing on the dental needs of children at a pediatric/orthodontic office in Potomac, MD.  This experience instilled in her an appreciation for how rewarding it is working with children and inspired her to open her own practice closer to home.  Dr. Keaney and her staff view each patient and each family individually.  She takes the approach of being a partner with the parents when addressing the needs of her patients.  As a mother, she understands that each child has unique dental needs. Dr. Keaney is committed to continuing education and remaining aware of the latest advancements in oral health and dentistry.

Dr. Keaney is a Northern Virginia native.  She grew up in Alexandria, VA and currently lives in Arlington with her husband, Sean, their 2 daughters, and their dog.  Dr. Keaney and her family are frequent customers at local Farmer’s Markets and small businesses.  Dr. Keaney is an avid runner, having completed the Marine Corps marathon several times.  She loves to start her day with a Peloton ride to get things going!  Dr. Keaney also enjoys yoga, reading and vacationing with her family.
